Terms of Service
These terms are in reference to my commissions requests. Below are the sections that explain the details regarding them.By purchasing my art services, you have agreed to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely.
1. What I Draw and DON’T DrawI Draw:
♦ SFW
♦ Humans/Humanoids (OCs, FCs, Fanart)
♦ Simple creatures/monsters
♦ Furries/AnthropomorphicI Don't Draw:
♦ NSFW
♦ Gore
♦ Mecha ( Big and detailed robots like Transformers or Evas. Small and kinda simple ones can be considered). Armors are ok as long they are not super detailed, please fell free to ask in any case
♦ Any kind of hate or violence--
2. Commission
♦ Your commission is for personal/non-commercial use only
♦ You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell your commissions for NFT
♦ You DO NOT have the right to use it for AI
♦ Commissions are digital only, that means that not physical work will be shipped
♦ I reserve the right to reject your request without question
♦ Visual references of your character as a clear and concise description must be provided. Failure to provide proper references can result denial in your request
♦ Commission can take between 1 to 4 weeks to be done (depending the piece, your place on the list and life itself - this waiting time may vary, I'll keep you updated)
♦ I will not accept commissions with tight deadlines
♦ Unless explicitly negotiated, I retain ALL RIGHTS of the artwork regardless of the subject matter, including the rights to display, distribute, copy, publish, adapt, and reproduce work for promotion.
♦ The commissioner may request a delay in publication for time-sensitive projects (such as gifts).--
3. Payment
♦ Prices are in USD
♦ Payment must be upfront. I don't start on the work until payment is made via PayPal or Ko-fi--
4. Process
Have in mind that you are not the only one I'm working with, so patience is appreciated.The work will be made by steps:♦ I send the first sketch(es) / idea(s) to you to approve, then a clean sketch (you can make changes in this phase, you have 2 free changes, after that, a $10 fee will be added for each new change)
♦ Once the sketch is approved, I will continue with the lineart and/or colors.
♦ Said the above, minor mistakes on my part can be fixed after color's stage without a fee. But big changes will not be allowed at this point.
♦ You'll receive a high res image and a resized one with a watermark for share on social media.
♦ Once the finished artwork has been approved and delivered there will be no more changes allowed.
♦ Image will have my signature, you are not allowed to remove or edit it in any way.--
5. Commissioner
♦ Commissioner owns only the final product. That means that sketches or process images can not be used by them in any way.
♦ Commissioner retain all intellectual ownership of their character designs depicted. This does not confer image rights.
♦ Commissioner can use the final product for non-commercial use only. They can print it as a gift or for them, resize or crop the art to create icons, banners, or other graphics. But they can not sell it in any way nor mint/sell for NFT or use for AI
(Feel free to ask if you are not sure about this point)
♦ Commissioner can post the final image in their social media, with a watermarked version provided (and linking back to the artist too may be appreciated)--
6. Refunds
Once I started working on your commission, the option to refund will be rejected unless certain circumstances are brought up.♦ If you choose to cancel, the refund amount will be based on work completed before refund was asked for.
♦ If I choose to cancel, I will refund the full amount, regardless of work completed.
♦ Sketches have no refunds unless I cancel it.
♦ Finished commissions will not be refunded under any means. No exceptions.--
7. Communication
I will deliver updates on commission status regularly or as requested
Commissioner may check in with questions throughout the process; public updates on my general work status may also be made via Twitter/X, Instagram, Threads and Ko-fiI may not be available to immediately answer your message, particularly on weekends, holidays, or during emergencies. If you do not receive a response in 7 days, please resend it in case of error
